As your Buyer's Representative, I can make the process of house hunting easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I can connect you with lenders to secure financing options, provide you with first time home buyer closing cost or down payment assistance program options and email you listings that meet your criteria. I will save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your wants & needs!

Once you have found a place that catches your eye, I will look at comparable sales in the area & send you an informative email on the home, so we can draft the best offer to the Seller & get you under contract. Once you are pending, I will assist you through the entire process to get you to the closing table on time!

Sellers Representative

As your Seller’s Representative, I will prepare a comparable market analysis to determine the best price to list your home at, in the current market conditions. I will provide you with staging advice, make repair & landscaping suggestions that will make your home more attractive to today’s buyers. I will hire a professional photographer to take photos for listing your home on the local MLS. I will implement a plan to market the home sale by producing custom flyers, holding open houses and advertising online and / or in print publications.
